 Lina medina is the youngest mother in the world who gave birth to a baby boy mererly at the age of 5 in the year 1939.

Teenage pregnancies are something that are still quite common in most parts of the world despite laws prohibiting underage marriage. She delivered a baby boy via C-section in Lina Medina gave birth to a baby boy at the tender age of just five years and seven months in the year 1939. But the youngest mother to give birth in recorded history is shockingly a girl old enough to be a kindergartner.  Lina Medina, 5, was even found to have fully developed sex organs. (Credit: YouTube) Initially Lina from Peru's Andes was taken to the doctors because of an abdominal swelling which her parents suspected of being a tumour. But tests revealed that Lina was in fact seven months pregnant, according to First To Know. Dr. Gerardo Lozada even observed that the little girl’s mammary glands and sexual organs were fully developed at the time. Although Lina’s father had been arrested by the police on suspicions of incest and rape, he was later released due to lack of evidence. The identity of the man who made Lina pregnant was never determined.
Lina delivered a baby boy via a C-section on May 14, 1939 and named him, Gerardo, after her doctor. In the beginning, young Gerardo grew up believing that Lina was his elder sister and only came to know of their true relationship at the age of 10 only.
